Concerning the call for proposals 11.1.-9.4.2010:
Below is a list of documents that are needed or may be of help in making an application. Many of them include a link to the document or form in question.
Note that the application form is electronic and you are supposed to fill it in a separate web service www.enpi.fi

Documents that the applicant must fill in and subsequently submit to the Joint Managing Authority by the deadline of the call for proposals:
Documents that the applicant must submit tot the Joint Managing Authority prior to any possible signing of the Grant Contract:
- Annex C: Financial Identification Form
- Annex D: Legal Entity File: D1 Legal Entity file for private companies, or D2 Legal entity file for public entities
- Annex G: Partnership contracts that are signed between the Lead Partner and all the partners
- Copy of the grant decision of the possible Norwegian Kolarctic financing
- Copies of the grant decisions of the national co-financing of Russia, Finland, Sweden and Norway (except for Finnish and Russian state co-financing)
- Copies of the grant decisions of the private financing
- VAT certificate in those cases where the applicant is not entitled to deduct value-added tax from the project costs
- Income statement and balance sheet of the past two final accounts of the Lead Partner (only when the Lead Partner is an association or private company)
